OneSoft Subsidiary Announces CIM Adoption
Edmonton, Alberta — For more than a decade, OneSoft Solutions Inc. operated at the intersection of machine learning and pipeline safety. The company's flagship product, Cognitive Integrity Management (CIM), leveraged Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and advanced predictive analytics to help North American and international pipeline operators reduce risk and optimize maintenance spending.
OneBridge Solutions Inc., the operating subsidiary of OneSoft, worked directly with pipeline operators to deploy the CIM platform. The team collaborated with industry leaders including Phillips 66, Consumers Energy, and Jemena to advance the application of machine learning in integrity management. OneBridge also achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification, demonstrating its commitment to data security and operational excellence.
The CIM platform ingested data from multiple in-line inspection (ILI) runs, integrating corrosion growth models, fracture mechanics, and machine learning algorithms to deliver a comprehensive view of pipeline health. By automating much of the analysis that was traditionally performed manually, CIM enabled operators to identify high-risk segments faster and allocate maintenance budgets more effectively.
The acquisition by Irth Solutions LLC marked the culmination of OneSoft's journey from a small TSX Venture-listed company to a recognized leader in pipeline integrity technology. Under Blackstone's ownership, the CIM platform and the OneBridge team continue to serve pipeline operators, now with the resources and scale of one of the world's largest alternative asset managers.
